Can I use my cellphone as a headset for VoIP?

I have my cellphone (RAZR) connected to my computer through a USB line. Is there any way to use this like a headset for a VoIP service like Skype?

    I tried the same thing, I could never get it to work. The phone doesn’t have any kind of sound transfer, only things like files. You can get a number from Skype that acts like a calling card though.
